DELIVERY COSTS AND SHIPPING

 

Orders are shipped worldwide from Marrakesh within a period of 48 hours to 4 days from the day following the validation of the order, excluding weekends, public holidays and holiday periods.

 

Orders will be sent from Monday to Friday by Moroccan Prioritary Postal Company. A tracking number will be sent to you via email when your package is on its way. You will have the ability to track packages by entering the parcel number.
 

Shipping costs are dependent on your delivery country and the weight of the parcel. You can check your delivery costs at the shopping cart by selecting delivery country, after you have added your products to the cart.

Please note that your orders are shipped from Marrakesh. Therefore you will be asked to pay your country VAT upon your purchase delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates of these charges. Sokodeco can’t be held responsible for non-payment of these taxes.

We charge for returns and re-sending of non-collected deliveries.

RETURNS

Sokodeco offers handmade objects which can result in slight variations of shapes, colors, finishes and discoloration that can’t be considered as defects.

 

All purchases made on this website are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Kindly contact us at contact@sokodeco.com and complete the return form (including reason for return). Please package the items (in new, unused condition) in a shipping box or envelope with sufficient protective material to defend against damage during shipping.

Items returned in new condition will be reimbursed in a period of fourteen days (working days). 

​

Sokodeco will not be responsible for return expenses.
