Package 1: Tips on-site
You want to put your property on sale or rent but you don’t know how to present it so that it brings out its full potential. Our Home Stager will go with you through the different rooms of your property and give on-site various planning tips 

 

We will highlight the positive aspects of your property and minimise the negatives, so you can rest assured your home looks its best. 

 

We assess your flat, house, apartment or showhome, identify its best features, then use our skill, judgement and expertise to determine the best way to maximise the sales potential of your space for quick sale.

Package 2: Tips on-site + Detailed file
 In addition to the advice given during the consultation, you will receive a complete file a few days after the Home Staging session so that you can easily make the changes. 
 

Package 3: Tips on-site + Detailed file + Arrangement & Professional Pictures
It's a two-phase job. In addition to the advice that the Home Stager will give you during the first consultation, he will come back a second time to carry out the different arrangements of your rooms and create the atmosphere leading to the sale or rental. He will also take professional shots of your pieces. These photos will be used to sell or rent your property.

Package 4: Tips on-site + Detailed file + Arrangement & Professional Pictures + Shopping
In addition to package 1, 2 or 3, our Home Stager can take care of the purchases that will be necessary for the development and presentation of the property. Price on demand.

Package 1 - Home Staging advice

You want to create a sample appartment in a property which you have built.

We will give you all the necessary advice in order to better  highlight the rooms so that you can create the desire to buy by a maximum of buyers.

You will receive a complete file (shopping list and planning advice) a few days after the session of Home Staging so that you can make your own arrangements.

Package 2 - Home Staging for Sample Apartment

In addition to the advice that the Home Stager will give you during the first consultation, we will carry out during his second visit the different arrangements of your rooms and create the atmosphere which will lead to the sale.

Package 3 - Home Staging for Sample Apartment & Shopping

In addition to package 1 or 2, we can take care of the purchases which will be necessary for the development of the sample apartment. Price on demand.
